These terms apply to the use of Fanguestic and the personal guides we create. By using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

Based on your input, Fanguestic compiles a personal travel guide with outings, tips and offers. The service is meant as an aid in planning your trip; you remain responsible for your own choices and bookings.

2. Offers and deals

Deals are supplied by providers and partners. We do our best to show them correctly and up to date, but prices, discounts and availability may change and are ultimately determined by the relevant provider. No rights can be derived from displayed deals; the provider's terms are decisive for a booking or purchase.

3. Bookings with third parties

If you book or buy via a link in your guide, you enter into an agreement with that third party (for example a ticketing platform or provider). Fanguestic is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for its performance.

4. Your use

You use Fanguestic for personal, non-commercial purposes. You provide accurate information and do not misuse the service (for example through automated or large-scale use or attempts to bypass security).

5. Availability

We do our best to keep the service available and reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may adjust the service or change parts of it.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fanguestic is not liable for damage arising from use of the service, from incorrect or outdated information, or from bookings with third parties.

7. Privacy

Our privacy policy applies to the use of your data.
