Fanguestic creates personal travel guides. For that we process a limited amount of data. Below you can read which, why and what your rights are.
What data
- Your name and email, to create your guide and send it to you.
- Your trip details: destination, dates, group size and type, and chosen interests.
- Optional notes you provide yourself.
- Technical data needed for the site to work (such as a session cookie).
What for
We use this data only to compile your personal guide, give you access to your guides (via a login link) and communicate with you about your request. We do not sell your data.
Cookies
We use a functional session cookie to remember your logged-in session. It is needed for the site to work and contains no advertising or tracking profile.
Third parties
Your guide contains deals from providers and partners (such as ticketing platforms). If you click through to such a partner, their own terms and privacy policy apply. For sending email and hosting the site we work with processors who process your data only on our behalf.
Retention
We keep your data as long as needed to keep your guides available and to improve our service. You can always ask us to delete your data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to object to certain use. To do so, send a message via our contact page or email hello@fanguestic.com.
